I'm a North Carolina native — born and raised in Fayetteville — and I've called the Charlotte area home since 1996. I've watched this region grow from the ground up, and that perspective shapes everything about how I approach real estate. I'm not just selling houses here. I live here, I know these communities, and I care deeply about where my clients end up.

Before real estate, I spent over 30 years in technology — the last 25+ of them consulting on enterprise network design and implementation. That career taught me to think analytically, communicate clearly, and never guess when you can measure. I bring that same discipline to every transaction. I dig into the data, I tell you what I actually see, and I give you a straight answer — not what you want to hear, but what you need to know to make a smart decision.

I got into real estate because I believe in what it can do for people. Buying smart and building value isn't just a tagline for me — it's the philosophy I wish more people had when they made one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. On a personal note — I'm a married father of three boys and a very proud grandfather. Outside of work, I restore classic cars, ride my motorcycle, run a 3D printer, and glamp with the family whenever I can talk everyone into it. I wouldn't trade any of it.
